Founder, Austen Advisory & AURA creator
Rachel is a chartered occupational psychologist, specialising in leadership assessment and stress management. Formerly at two leading consultancies in the field, SHL and Mercer, she has nearly 20 years of experience working with leaders and providing advice to many large organisations across the world. She spent 10 years working across Asia where she gathered a wide variety of experience and insight into different cultures. She founded Austen Advisory in 2015 after a personal experience of burnout and is passionate about helping others proactively tackle this challenge using her proprietary tool called AURA.
