Our Resilience Coaching Program is designed to help you build the tools, mindset and habits needed to transform stress to success!
How It Works
A very important starting point is understanding your current state and how stress is impacting you to pinpoint priorities for attention. We do this by asking you to complete our proprietary stress assessment tool, AURA which is a robust, scientifically validated tool to provide insight into your personal stress profile.
The first session, will be spend debriefing your AURA report to identify focus area/s to work on. The following sessions will be spend identifying 1-2 relevant actions and tools to put into practice. Each session, we review your experience and build from there.
Typically, a programme is 4-5 sessions, every fortnight but this can be adjusted depending on your needs
