The Retreat Experience
Morning hatha yoga will energise and centre you for the day ahead, a sunset restorative practice will help you wind down and a sequence building lesson will give you some simple practices to take away.
A personal resilience assessment (AURA), 1:1 coaching session and practical workshops will build your self-awareness and equip you with evidence based strategies to handle stress, prevent burnout and boost positive emotions.
Breathwork as a powerful tool to help manage the effects of stress on the body and mind. You will learn the basics of breathing well and experience breathwork journeys to shift emotions and gain clarity.
