What To Expect

We have exclusive access to the beautiful Quinta Marugo retreat centre, set in the rolling hills of the Alentejo region in Portugal.
The retreat programme comprises:
Daily Yoga: Set in the magical pagoda overlooking the hills, you’ll do morning classes to energise you and early evening classes which are more restorative. We’ll cater for your needs so all levels are welcome.
Resilience Workshops: After breakfast, there will be a 90 minute group workshop – these are fun, practical and provide a space for you to learn (and practice) science-based skills. It’s not therapy and no-one will be forced to share more than they want. We create an inspiring learning environment so you can takeaway some tools to support you after the retreat.
Personal Coaching: You’ll take a personal resilience assessment before coming and at the retreat, you’ll have a 1:1 conversation to walk through your profile with Rachel, a qualified psychologist and expert in stress and resilience.
Nourishing Food: The majority of the food is grown at Quinta Marugo or sourced very locally. Prepared by a private chef, its all vegetarian, healthy and will nourish the body and mind.
Rest & Relaxation: The environment promotes deep calm and peace – you’ll have 74 acres of land to yourselves. You can walk in nature, swim in the natural pool or relax in the library and spacious living areas.
It’s a 5 day experience of revitalizing your mind and body, while learning powerful life skills.
